For story pitches
We commission pieces from working clinicians, founders, teachers, students, engineers, and operators who have hands-on experience with AI in their field. Before pitching, please:
- Read a few recent pieces in the section you are pitching to, so you understand our voice and standards.
- Send a tight pitch of 150–250 words covering: what the piece is about, why now, your background that qualifies you to write it, and the one specific story or example you would lead with.
- Include your full name and a one-line bio.
- Disclose any conflicts of interest up front.
We respond to every pitch, even if it’s a no. Typical turnaround is one to two weeks.
For corrections
If you have found a factual error in any of our articles, please write to us before sharing it publicly. We take corrections seriously and will issue a public, dated correction note at the top of the affected article within 48 hours of verifying the issue. Please include:
- The URL of the article.
- The specific claim you believe is incorrect.
- A link to a credible source supporting the correction.
For partnerships and syndication
We are open to thoughtful syndication and cross-publication arrangements with other independent outlets. We do not accept paid placements, sponsored content, or affiliate-driven coverage. If you are a tool vendor or platform interested in being reviewed, please understand that we cover what we genuinely use and that no amount of money will change which tools we feature.

If a week passes and you have not heard back, please feel free to write again with “Re-up” in the subject line. Our inbox occasionally swallows things.

For postal mail, please write to us first via email and we will provide a current address. We do not publish our mailing address publicly to keep the inbox manageable.
